A credit is the unit we use to measure generation on Starter, Creator and the API. Each tool has a cost in credits per operation. Credits are not money and cannot be refunded or exchanged, but on Creator the credits you buy stay in your account until you use them.

A standard image costs 3 credits at 2K, and also 3 credits at 4K. So 150 credits are about 50 images. Video and specialised tools have their own costs, published in the tool cost table.

On Atelier, Brand and House you never count or buy credits for Studio work. Each plan is sized for the amount of content a brand with that many active references typically produces, seasonal peaks included. It is not the same as unlimited: if your monthly use goes far beyond that profile, new generations are placed in a longer queue, up to a point where you can be blocked. Your catalog, your library, publishing and the API are never affected.

A garment or accessory you deliberately add to your catalog through “Add to catalog” — the product you want to create visuals for. Uploading a photo inside a generation tool never creates one. Only active references count towards your plan; archived and deleted ones do not. Every plan shows your current count, so you always know where you stand.

It stops counting towards your plan and moves out of the active catalog. While archived it cannot be generated on, published from or measured. You can bring it back at any time within 12 months, as long as you have room under your plan’s limit. After 12 months an archived reference is permanently deleted.

When you try to add or unarchive a reference above your limit, the Studio offers three options: archive references you no longer need, upgrade to the next plan in one click, or talk to us. Nothing you already have is affected.

Yes, and every change is immediate. The new plan starts the moment you confirm, with its full allowance, and a new monthly cycle begins that day. You pay the new plan’s full price today, and the days left on your previous plan are not refunded or credited. A downgrade also needs your account to fit the smaller plan first: references, casting, seats, channels and connectors, each with a link to fix it. You decide what to archive or remove — we never do it for you.

Cancellation is immediate and moves you to Starter. At that moment your saved models, backgrounds and poses and your catalog are deleted from your workspace and are no longer available to you, channels and connectors are disconnected, team members other than the owner lose access, all remaining credits are forfeited and API keys are revoked. Your projects and generated images stay, and images you have already downloaded remain yours forever. All of this is shown to you before you confirm.

Not on this page. All self-serve plans are monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Annual contracts are available through House — contact us and we will quote one.

The API is a separate channel sold alongside your plan, and it always runs on credits you buy. On Creator it uses the same credits as your plan; on Atelier, Brand and House it uses a separate balance you top up on the API page. Inclusive Studio generation never covers the API, and API usage never affects your Studio capacity. Starter has no API access.

Never on paid plans: content and images from Creator, Atelier, Brand, House and the API are never used to train our models, and that promise survives cancellation. On Starter, content may be used to improve our models, as stated in our terms.

Prices are shown without VAT or sales tax; tax is calculated at checkout from your billing address. Prices are the same number in US dollars and in euros — $109 is €109 — and the currency is set by your billing country.
